嫩玉米营养丰富、香甜可口,倍受城乡人们的喜爱。由于嫩玉米上市受季节限制,只能在夏季较短的时间上市销售,不能满足人们一年四季吃嫩玉米的愿望。试验证明,用玉米贮鲜剂处理嫩玉米穗,可达到夏贮冬卖长期保鲜的目的。夏季嫩玉米每穗仅0.2-0.3元,每穗贮存成本仅0.05元左右,冬季每穗可实1.5-2元,增值数倍。因此,嫩玉米贮鲜不但是农民致富的好门路,而且可使人们一年四季都能吃到嫩玉米。具体保鲜方法:
