喷射砼作业参数的优化研究 煤科总院南京研究所研究的喷射砼作业参数的优化研究是煤科总院下达的科研项目,协作单位为徐州矿务局建井处。1991年12月24日由煤炭科学研究总院组织函审,通过技术鉴定,同意推广应用。 喷射砼作业参数的优化研究是利用正交设计分析法及多元非线性回归分析求得最佳施喷作业参数及经验公式。该组参数方便实用,经济合理,取得了预期要求的“双降”效果,并可在一定程度上提高喷射砼的喷层质量,具有明显的技术经济和社会效益。(培娟)
Optimization Research on Sprayed Concrete Working Parameters The optimization research on the sprayed concrete working parameters studied by Nanjing Research Institute of Coal Research Institute is the scientific research project issued by the Coal Science General Hospital. The cooperation unit is Xuzhou Mining Bureau Construction Well Department. December 24, 1991 by the Coal Scientific Research Institute of correspondence, through technical appraisal, agreed to promote the application. The optimization research on the parameters of sprayed concrete is to get the best parameters and empirical formula of spray application by orthogonal design analysis and multivariate nonlinear regression analysis. This group of parameters is convenient and practical, economical and reasonable, and achieved the expected double-drop effect, and to some extent, improve the quality of shotcrete sprayed layer, with obvious technical, economic and social benefits.
