The state has promulgated a series of management measures on liquidation of land value-added tax, such as the Circular of the State Administration of Taxation on Issues Related to the Liquidation of Land Value-added Tax in Real Estate Development Enterprises, etc., earnestly required all localities to conscientiously carry out the land value-added tax liquidation and management of real estate development enterprises .
