幼儿教师面对的幼儿家长往往是性格迥异,身份、地位、知识、阅历等各不相同,他们对幼儿培育上的观点也是各不相同。本文分析了幼儿教师与家长在培育幼儿上存在分歧及破解这种分歧的具体方法。
Kindergarten teachers are often faced with different parents of different characters, identity, status, knowledge, experience and other different, their views on child care are also different. This article analyzes the differences between kindergarten teachers and parents in nurturing children and how to resolve the differences.
