本试验研究了外源多胺及其合成抑制剂对苹果花粉萌发及坐果的影响,结果表明:低浓度的多胺可提高花粉萌发率,而高浓度的多胺则抑制花粉萌发, 1×10-3~1×10-4 mol· L-1的MGBG抑制花粉萌发,1×10-6mol· L-1的Put可逆转MGBG的抑制作用;田间坐果试验结果表明:盛花期喷施1×10-3~1×10-6mol·L-1的Put,Spd和1×10-5~1×10-6mol· L-1的Spm均能显著提高红富士苹果坐果率。
In this study, the effects of exogenous polyamines and their inhibitors on apple pollen germination and fruit setting were studied. The results showed that low concentrations of polyamines could increase pollen germination rate, whereas high concentrations of polyamines inhibited pollen germination and 1 × 10 MGBG from -3 to 1 × 10-4 mol · L-1 inhibited pollen germination, and 1 × 10-6 mol·L-1 Put could reverse the inhibitory effect of MGBG. The results of field fruit set test showed that spraying 1 × 10 The Put, Spd of -3 ~ 1 × 10-6mol·L-1 and Spm of 1 × 10-5 ~ 1 × 10-6mol · L-1 all increased the fruit setting rate of Red Fuji apple significantly.
