CCl_4、黄磷、As_2O_3对大鼠肝脏、血液巯基含量的影响

CCl_4、黄磷可降低肝脏巯基含量,而As_2O_3对血液巯基含量降低更显著。这可能是由于CCl_4、黄磷在肝内分布多于血液,而As_2O_3在血液中的储存多于肝脏之故。

CCl 4 and yellow phosphorus reduced the content of sulfhydryl in liver, while As 2 O 3 reduced the content of sulfhydryl in blood more significantly. This may be due to CCl_4, yellow phosphorus distribution in the liver more than blood, and As_2O_3 storage in the blood more than the liver.
