煤矿井下瓦斯火灾、爆炸事故一直是困扰着煤矿安全生产的顽疾,针对煤矿钻孔瓦斯燃烧开展实验模拟研究,旨在分析引起钻孔瓦斯燃烧的主要影响因素,结合现场,自行设计了细水雾灭火喷头和灭火受限空间,开发了相应于煤矿井下打钻过程中出现瓦斯燃烧现象的灭火技术。开展了针对不同水压下细水雾抑制扑灭瓦斯燃烧的实验研究,并确定了在不同水压条件下,喷头喷雾特性与水雾抑制瓦斯火焰传播及灭火的最佳工况。通过研究,有助于对煤矿井下瓦斯抑燃、抑爆防治技术的研究与开发相应技术提供支持,提高煤矿防灾抗灾能力。
Coal mine gas fire and explosion accidents have always plagued the coal mine production safety problems. In order to analyze the main influencing factors of gas combustion in boreholes, aiming at the gas explosion in the coal mine borehole, the authors designed the water mist Fire extinguishing sprinklers and fire fighting limited space, the development of the corresponding coal mine drilling process in the process of gas combustion phenomenon of fire-fighting technology. Aiming at the experiment of suppressing and extinguishing gas combustion with water mist suppression under different water pressure, the best condition of spray nozzle spray characteristics and water mist suppression gas flame propagation and fire extinguishing under different water pressure conditions was established. Through the research, it is helpful to support the corresponding technology of researching and developing gas suppression and explosion suppression technologies in coal mines, and to improve the ability of disaster prevention and resilience of coal mines.
