为了保证《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称劳动合同法)的全面贯彻实施,维护劳动者的合法权益,构建和谐稳定的劳动关系,根据省人大常委会2011年监督工作计划,省人大常委会组成以常委会党组副书记、副主任符兴为组长,常委会副主任陈海波为副组长的执法检查组,对我省贯彻实施劳动合同法和海南省集体合同条例情况进行了检查。本刊摘要刊登检查报告如下。
