本研究报导了氯化甲基汞对大鼠脑、肝、肾中脂类组成成分的影响,作者选用体重156~178 g的Wistar系雌鼠随机分成四组,每组五只。A、B、C三组分别经口投以1.0、5.0、10.0 mg/kg(以汞计算)溶于0.9%盐水中的氯化甲基汞。D组给予0.9%盐水作为对照组。投药后,禁食48小时,用乙醚麻醉、处死,摘除脑、肝、肾,从中提取脂类进行含量
This study reports the effects of methylmercury chloride on the lipid composition in the brain, liver and kidney of rats. The Wistar female mice weighing 156-178 g were randomly divided into four groups (n = 5 in each group). Groups A, B and C were orally administered methylmercury chloride 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mg / kg (calculated as mercury) dissolved in 0.9% saline, respectively.
