试验采用AAS和AFS法测定了烟台水产市场扇贝样品中部分金属元素和重金属元素的含量。研究其组织含量,金属元素的含量在其体内因部位不同而不同,内脏高于其他任何组织,扇贝柱内一般含有的最少。Fe,Ca和Mg在组织中的含量为:扇贝内脏>扇贝边>扇贝闭合肌;Zn的含量为:扇贝闭合肌>扇贝内脏>扇贝边;Hg的含量为:扇贝内脏>扇贝边>扇贝闭合肌;As的含量为:扇贝边>扇贝内脏>扇贝闭合肌。试验分析了扇贝不同器官中重金属的分布规律,希望为有关部门从源头严管环境残留物引起的危害,保障消费者安全食用水产品。
AAS and AFS were used to test the content of some metal elements and heavy metal elements in the scallop samples of Yantai aquatic market. The distribution of heavy metals in different organs of scallop was analyzed experimentally, and it is hoped that it will ensure consumers safe consumption of aquatic products for the hazards caused by strict control of environmental residues from the source.
