磷钨钒酸比色法测定钒,1974年地质出版社出版的《岩石矿物分析》329页有论述,照它手续测定,不足之处有: 1 取碱熔、水浸出的溶液,用硝酸中和时,容易析出硅酸胶状沉淀,下步实验无法进行。 2 加入钨酸钠溶液后,沸水浴上加热20～30分钟发色,当用空白溶液作参比,不含钒的样品,吸光度得负值,所测结果系统偏低。
