目的探讨99Tcm-4,9-二氮-3,3,10,10-四甲基十二烷-2,11-二酮肟(HL91)乏氧显像对非小细胞肺癌放疗近期疗效的评价。方法31例拟接受三维适形放射治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,在放疗前2天、后2天分别静脉注射99Tcm-HL91740-925MBq后进行4h及24hSPECT断层显像,根据显像进行目测和半定量分析(T/N值,靶与非靶比值),根据放疗前24h显像T/N值将患者分为低摄取组(T/N<2.76,n=6)及高摄取组(T/N≥2.76,n=25),对两组放疗近期疗效进行比较。结果低摄取组放疗近期有效率为83.3%(1/6)高于高摄取组为44.0%(11/25),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组24h断层显像T/N比值下降率分别为30.3%和13.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论99Tcm-HL91非小细胞肺癌乏氧显像在预测放疗近期效果方面具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of 99Tcm-4,9-diazine-3,10,10-tetramethyldodecane-2,11-dione oxime (HL91) hypoxia imaging in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer . Methods Thirty-one patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were treated with 99Tcm-HL9 1740-925MBq intravenously at 2 days and 2 days after radiotherapy. SPECT images of 4h and 24h SPECT were made. Visual and half (T / N <2.76, n = 6) and high intake group (T / N) according to T / N 24 hours before radiotherapy. N≥2.76, n = 25), the short-term efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of radiotherapy was 83.3% (1/6) in low-dose group and 44.0% (11/25) in high-dose group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rate of decrease of T / N ratio in 24 h tomography was 30.3% and 13.3% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion 99Tcm-HL91 non-small cell lung cancer hypoxia imaging in the prediction of the short-term effect of radiotherapy has a certain clinical value.
