创新人才的培养离不开创新教育的实施,文献检索课对创新教育的实施具有深远的意义。本文根据现代教育教学理论指导,分析了创新教育环境下,我国应用型民办本科院校以就业为导向的文献检索课课程设置的方向,同时指出了我国应用型民办本科院校在文献检索课内容设置上要充分考虑企业对人才基本素质的要求。文献检索课课程内容设置应该以促进学生就业为导向,与专业教育相融合,这才是培养应用型人才的有效途径。
