1989年3～5月,我们受国务院发展研究中心的委托,对保定市个体(私营)经济(重点是个体)的现状,组织了一次较为细致的调查.这次调查的样本范围涉及十个行业,样本量相当于总体的8%.报告中的数据均系保定市区,不包括两个县.通过调查,我们认为把个体(私营)经济纳入法制轨道,应是治理整顿的基本目标之一,也是使国家财政收入实现良性循环的基本措施之一.
From March to May 1989, commissioned by the Development Research Center of the State Council, we organized a detailed survey on the status quo of the individual (private) economy in Baoding (focusing on the individual), covering a sample of ten industries , The sample size is equivalent to 8% of the total.The data in the report are all in Baoding city area, excluding two counties.According to the survey, we think it should be one of the basic goals to rectify the individual (private) economy into the legal track It is also one of the basic measures to realize a virtuous circle of state revenue.
