脑清片含有氨基比林和咖啡因两种有效成分。本文采用一阶导数光谱法,选取267nm和256nm处的谷、峰吸收度同时测定氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。在咖啡因高、中、低三个浓度下,测得氨基比林平均回收率为100.4±0.46%,99.2±0.65%和100.2±0.55%;在氨基比林高、中、低三个浓度下,测得咖啡因平均回收率为100.8±1.10%,100.6±0.54%和109.1±0.95%。本法简便、快速,结果令人满意。
Brain clear piece contains aminopyrine and caffeine two active ingredients. In this paper, first-order derivative spectroscopy was used to determine the contents of aminopyrine and caffeine at the same time by using the peak and valley absorptions at 267nm and 256nm. The average recovery of aminopyrine was 100.4 ± 0.46%, 99.2 ± 0.65% and 100.2 ± 0.55% at high, medium and low concentrations of caffeine, respectively. Under high, medium and low concentrations of aminopyrine The average recoveries of caffeine were 100.8 ± 1.10%, 100.6 ± 0.54% and 109.1 ± 0.95%, respectively. This method is simple, fast and the result is satisfactory.
