目的探讨胎儿畸形的类型及其与致畸因素的关系。方法对在我院因胎儿畸形引产的268例孕妇进行分析。结果胎儿畸形发病率为1.45%,其中神经系统畸形的比例最高(25.37%),其次为心血管畸形(22.76%)和骨骼系统畸形(16.04%),而多发性畸形占19.78%。孕早期感冒易致心血管畸形及神经管畸形;在电器电子系统工作的孕妇易发生神经管畸形。胎儿畸形在孕早期发生先兆流产达36.19%。结论孕早期需预防感冒,尽量避免电磁辐射及接触有毒物质,发生相关先兆流产不宜过分保胎。
Objective To investigate the types of fetal malformations and their relationship with teratogenic factors. Methods A total of 268 pregnant women who had induced abortion in our hospital were analyzed. Results The incidence of fetal malformations was 1.45%. The highest proportion of malformations was neurological malformations (25.37%), followed by cardiovascular malformations (22.76%) and skeletal system deformities (16.04%), while multiple deformities accounted for 19.78%. First trimester of pregnancy easily lead to cardiovascular malformations and neural tube defects; pregnant women in electrical and electronic systems prone to neural tube defects. Fetal deformity occurred in early pregnancy threatened abortion up to 36.19%. Conclusion Early pregnancy need to prevent colds, try to avoid electromagnetic radiation and exposure to toxic substances, the occurrence of threatened abortion should not be excessive miscarriage.
