西安远东公司六车间最近研究成功一项全新的金属和镀层表面彩色转换膜工艺及技术。其特点是在一个溶液中用电解或化学方法,在除了铝和镁及其合金表面以外的金属和镀层表面均能形成彩色膜;该溶液为无铬、无害和易于控制并且常温下进行工作的溶液。 彩色膜层随着基体表面光度的提高,彩色更加鲜艳光亮。在溶液中很容易直接观察到彩色膜的生成,方便于操作者对膜层生成过程的控制。 彩色膜致密且透明度高,高温稳定性好,与基体金属的结合力好。 铸铁、钢表面的彩色膜与发蓝膜比较,在CuSO_4·5H_2O2%中性溶液作用下露铜时间大于5min。
