企业往往会面临各种各样的财务风险,复杂多变的市场环境和内部经营的不可控制因素决定了风险的客观存在。如果企业不能及时对其进行识别,危机便会在企业内部机体滋生蔓延。而当危机扩散到企业无法承受的限度时,全面危机则一触即发,因此正确识别财务危机的征兆,并及时采取有效措施,有利于企业财务的管理,更是企业健康发展的关键。
Enterprises often face various financial risks. The complex and volatile market environment and the uncontrollable factors of internal operations determine the objective existence of risks. If companies cannot identify them in a timely manner, the crisis will spread within the company’s internal body. When the crisis spreads to the limit that cannot be afforded by the enterprise, the comprehensive crisis is triggered. Therefore, correctly identifying the signs of the financial crisis and adopting effective measures in a timely manner are conducive to the financial management of the company and are the key to the healthy development of the company.
