目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定维磷颗粒中咖啡因的含量。方法 :采用ODS柱 ,甲醇 水 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 72nm。结果 :咖啡因在 0 .14 6~ 1.16 8μg范围内有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.9% (RSD =0 .2 3% )。结论 :本法快速、简便、准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of caffeine in vitamin P granules. Methods: ODS column and methanol water (30:70) were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 722 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship (0.9999) for caffeine in the range of 0.146 to 1.168 μg with an average recovery of 99.9% (RSD = 0.23%). Conclusion: This method is fast, easy and accurate.
