为了了解成都市市售调味品防腐剂添加情况,作者于1998年4月至7月对本市市售调味品防腐剂添加情况进行了调查。结果73件样品全部检出防腐剂。其中70件样品检出苯甲酸,检出率为95.89%。32件样品苯甲酸含量超标,超标率为45,71%。19件样品超出使用范围。显示调味品在添加苯甲酸时,超越国家标准使用范围和最大使用量的情况突出,提出了加强防腐剂卫生标准宣传及管理等建议。
In order to understand the addition of preservatives for condiments on sale in Chengdu, the author investigated the addition of preservatives on the market for condiments from April to July 1998. Results All 73 samples were tested for preservatives. Among them, 70 samples detected benzoic acid, the detection rate was 95.89%. 32 samples of benzoic acid content exceeded the standard rate of 45,71%. 19 samples out of range. It shows that when adding benzoic acid, the condiment outperforms the national standard and the maximal usage. It puts forward some suggestion of strengthening publicity and management of preservative hygienic standard.
