本文以天津市临港工业区某化工厂真空预压地基处理项目为例,从水平砂垫层作用和铺设厚度、塑料排水板打设深度的确定、真空泵功率选择和卸载时间及卸载标准的确定四个方面对真空预压地基处理工法节约造价的可行性进行了深入探讨,阐述了真空预压工程节约造价的要点和可能。基于本文的论述,真空预压项目的造价一般可以节约10%以上。
Taking the project of vacuum preloading foundation treatment in a chemical plant in Lingang Industrial Zone of Tianjin as an example, the paper analyzes the function and laying thickness of horizontal sand cushion, the setting depth of plastic drainage board, the selection and unloading time of vacuum pump and the determination of unloading standard In the four aspects, the feasibility of cost-saving in ground-based pretreatment of vacuum preloading method is discussed in depth, and the essentials and possibilities of cost saving in vacuum preloading project are expounded. Based on the discussion in this article, the cost of vacuum preloading project can generally save more than 10%.
