一九八二年二月廿五日,长沙市茶叶学会在长沙县(朗木)梨镇召开了学术年会及第三次会员代表大会。参加这次会议的代表五十一人,其中会员代表四十六人。市科协、农办等有关单位的领导也出席了会议,並作了重要讲话。会议期间,总结了一九八一年的学会工作,交流了学术论文,商讨了一九八二年学会活动。经大会酝酿,采取差额选举,无记名投票方式选举产生了第三届理事会。湖南农学院付教授、省茶叶学会秘书长朱先明同志为大会作了学术报告。学术报告后还兴致勃勃地赋了诗,以表达他有生之年献身四化的决心。
On February 25, 1982, the Changsha Tea Society held an academic annual meeting and the third member congress in Pear Town, Changsha County (Longmu). Fifty-one participants attended the meeting, of which 46 were members. Municipal Science and Technology Association, Agricultural Office and other relevant units of the leaders also attended the meeting and made an important speech. During the meeting, it summarized the work of the Institute in 1981, exchanged academic papers and discussed the 1982 Institute Activities. After deliberation and deliberation by the General Assembly, the third council was elected by means of voting for differences and by secret ballot. Hunan Agricultural College, Professor Fu, Secretary-General of the Provincial Tea Institute Comrade Zhu Xianming made an academic report for the General Assembly. After the academic report, he also enthusiastically contributed poems to express his determination to dedicate four modernizations in his lifetime.
