班级管理是教育教学工作的重要组成部分,作为班主任,管理和开展班级工作至关重要,创建和谐的班集体、构建和谐的师生关系更是班级管理的难点、重点。班主任在实际的教育教学中应通过更新教育理念、树立新型的师生观、开展心灵对话、架起情感沟通的桥梁、用宽容感化学生、激发学生的潜力等策略来促使和谐师生关系的构建。
Class management is an important part of education and teaching. As a teacher in charge of class, it is of vital importance to manage and carry out class work. It is also a difficult and important task to establish a harmonious class and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. In the actual education and teaching, the teacher in charge of class should promote the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship by updating the educational concept, establishing a new concept of teacher-student communication, establishing spiritual dialogue, building a bridge of emotional communication, using strategies of tolerant students and students’ potentials .
