新课程改革核心理念是以学生为本,积极倡导学生自主学习、高效学习。近年来,以小组合作学习为载体,深化课堂教学改革,解放学生、发展学生,让学生高效乐学,教学相长。但我们也看到很多学校片面追求形式,流于表面,并没有真正理解课堂教学改革的本质,并没有真正做到从自身学校的校情、班情、学情出发,最终导致教改的失败,甚至产生了对教改的质疑。那么如何在初中历史教学中提高小组合作学习的实效性是目前亟需解决的
