In an enterprise, a leader who has a formal position, within the scope of his or her responsibilities, has the power and authority to influence the leader, called the authority of the enterprise leader. The formation of corporate leadership authority, the relationship between power and authority, the use of leadership authority, maintenance, misunderstandings, and challenges faced by leaders are acknowledged by the leaders’ authority. The degree of acceptance is the issue discussed in this paper and strives to answer correctly.
