National Autumn and Winter forest fire prevention work conference on September 6, 2011 held in Tai’an City, Shandong Province. Jia Zhibang, deputy director of the National Greening Commission, director of the State Forest Fire Prevention Command and director of the State Forestry Administration, sent a warm letter of congratulation to the General Assembly.
