小学是学生受教育的启蒙阶段,在学生的整个学习生涯中发挥着极其重要的作用。现阶段经济快速发展,人才成为经济竞争中不可忽视的重要因素。义务教育阶段人才培养目标是,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的新型人才。小学作为培养学生健全人格的重要阶段,为学生的自我发展奠定了基础,而德育乃是学生培养过程中接受的最重要的教育,也是衡量学生人格的重要指标。现阶段新课改给小学德育提出了新的要求,即发挥教师的主导作用,创新德育教学模式,从细节教育开始,不断促进学生全面发展。
