目的:观察脂质水胶敷料结合对口引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡患者换药治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月该院住院及门诊糖尿病足溃疡需要换药的患者150例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用常规换药方法，观察组采用脂质水胶敷料对口引流换药方法。对比分析两组的治疗时间、治疗效果、疼痛程度。结果:观察组的溃疡面积缩小率、肉芽覆盖率及痊愈率均显著高于对照组(n P<0.05)；观察组患者的创面清洁时间明显短于对照组(n P<0.05)；观察组患者的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:脂质水胶敷料结合对口引流技术可有效提升糖尿病足溃疡伤口的愈合程度，为伤口的愈合创造了良好的环境，缓解了换药时的疼痛，缩短了伤口愈合时间，规范了糖尿病足溃疡伤口换药方法，改变了医务人员的伤口清创换药愈合理念。“,”Objective:To observe the effect of lipid hydrogel dressing combined with counterpart drainage in dressing change for diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:A total of 150 patients with diabetic foot ulcer in the hospital and outpatient department who needed dressing change from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine dressing change method, while the observation group was treated with lipid hydrogel dressing with opposite drainage dressing change method.The treatment time, treatment effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The reduction rate of ulcer area, granulation coverage rate and cure rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(n P<0.05). Wound cleaning time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(n P<0.05). The VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Lipid hydrogel dressing with counterpart drainage technology can effectively promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer wound, create a good environment for the healing of the wound, easing the pain when dressing, shorten the wound healing time, regulate the diabetic foot ulcer wound dressing method and change the idea medical personnel debridement dressing wounds heal.
