常州机电职业技术学院自2008年开设环艺专业,为社会输送了一批批优秀环艺类人才。随着就业市场竞争的激烈,如何在新形势下培养出符合企业需求的人才,笔者基于专业教学实践做了一些经验总结。在课程体系方面强化专业方向内深入实践教学,以课程为中心向课题为中心转变;在课程设置方面根据实际情况因地制宜的制定改革方案;教学模式采用行动导向“做中学”体现设计的全流程,积极探索“导师制”的工作室教学法。
Changzhou Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic since 2008 opened a ring of professional, for the community sent a number of outstanding Huancai talent. With the fierce competition in the employment market, how to cultivate talents in line with the needs of enterprises in the new situation, the author made some lessons based on professional teaching practice.
