介绍了基于 3D板壳元和约束方程的农用运输车车架有限元计算模型的建立方法 ,用有限元法计算分析了农用运输车车架在弯曲工况和弯扭组合工况下的应力水平和应力分布 ,讨论了车架在车辆正常使用和严重超载时的强度问题 ,并提出了车架的改进设计意见。
This paper introduces a method to establish finite element model of agricultural truck frame based on 3D shell element and constraint equations. The finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the stress level of agricultural truck frame under bending condition and bending-torsion combined condition And the stress distribution, the strength of the frame when the vehicle is in normal use and severe overload is discussed, and the improvement design advice of the frame is proposed.
