作者首次报道应用单克隆抗体(McAb)检测黑热病患者血清内循环抗原获得成功。发现硝化纤维滤膜可以较好地吸附该循环抗原,再与高滴度McAb C-2结合及 ELISA显色(McAb-AST)可取得很好的效果。对20例确诊黑热病患者血清的试验结果,19例呈阳性反应,阳性率95%。正常人对照、间日疟及吸虫患者均显阴性反应。检测结果说明本试验的敏感性、特异性及重复性都很好,方法简易可行,对我国黑热病的诊断具有较好的前景。
The authors first reported the use of monoclonal antibodies (McAb) detection of kala-azar in patients with circulating antigens successfully. It was found that the nitrocellulose membrane can adsorb the circulating antigen well, and then combine with high titer McAb C-2 and McAb-AST can achieve good results. Of the 20 cases of patients diagnosed with kala azar test results, 19 cases were positive, the positive rate of 95%. Normal control, vivax and fluke patients were negative reaction. The test results show that the sensitivity, specificity and repeatability of the test are good, the method is simple and feasible, and has a good prospect for the diagnosis of kala-azar in China.
