2007年,教育部公布了新修订的《大学英语课程教学要求》,注重对大学生听说能力的考核,以便大学生在学习,工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行交际。为了进一步了解民族院校大学生英语应用能力的情况,更好地改进大学英语教学,使之更具针对性,笔者设计了《中央民族大学普通班学生听说英语应用能力调查》,本次调查共分为调查内容设计、实施调查和结果分析三个阶段。
In 2007, the Ministry of Education announced the newly revised “Teaching Requirements for College English Courses,” focusing on the assessment of college students’ ability to hear and tell so that college students can effectively communicate in English in study, work and social interaction. In order to further understand the English proficiency of college students in ethnic minority colleges and to improve the teaching of college English better, the author designed the “Survey of Proficiency in English Listening and Speaking Skills of CUN Students in Ordinary Class” Divided into survey content design, implementation of the investigation and analysis of the results of three stages.
