随着社会经济的逐步发展,传统的文化教育在社会主义精神文明建设中的作用日益增大,但是由于受到种种因素的制约,使得当前的高校民族音乐理论教学中存在许多的问题,必须进行深入的改革,本文就高校民族音乐理论教学改革措施进行一个深入的分析。
