但B(?)ttiger(1980年)证明雌激素剂量减少对血管副作用的发生无明显改变。
Since 1960, estrogen and progesterone combined with contraceptives increased in Europe, the side effects are divided into two stages: the beginning of estrogen in 1969; the beginning of the end of the 70s involving progesterone. Recently even thought to be related to the occurrence of breast cancer. Estrogen 1969 and 1970 epidemiological studies report, combined hormonal contraceptive estrogen content and the occurrence of thromboembolism, so after the dose of ethinyl estradiol (EE) to reduce the amount of 50μg as the upper limit. EE dose reduction should cause a significant reduction in side effects. However, B? Ttiger (1980) showed that estrogen dose reduction had no significant change on the side effects of blood vessels.
