针对重介质旋流器入口流道磨损的成因,分析了流态化颗粒的运动和对器壁的冲击力作用,提出了颗粒冲蚀参数计算的数学模型.结合煤炭重介分选的实际情况,计算了各种颗粒和旋流器结构参数,分析了其对冲蚀作用的实际影响,为旋流器的结构参数优化提供了理论依据.作为本次研究阶段性成果的工业化产品,在实际生产中表现出了很好的抗磨性能和令人满意的分选效果.
In view of the causes of the wear of the inlet of the HM cyclone, the movement of the fluidized particles and the impact on the wall of the fluidized bed are analyzed. The mathematical model of the particle erosion parameter calculation is proposed. According to the actual situation of coal HM separation, the structural parameters of various particles and hydrocyclone were calculated, and the actual influence on erosion was analyzed, which provided the theoretical basis for optimizing the structural parameters of cyclone. As a result of the research phase of industrial products, in the actual production showed good wear resistance and satisfactory sorting results.
