所谓思维方式,是指人的理性认识的活动方式,它是在实践基础上形成的思维结构,由思维要素相互作用结合而成的一种相对定型化的思维样式。思维方式对档案工作者一系列工作活动起着至关重要的作用,它决定着档案工作者从何种角度,在何种层次上,以何种方式去认识、管理、开发档案。从这个意义上说,档案事业发展的好与坏,在很大的程度上取决于档案工作者思维方式优化程度。为此,档案工作者应变革自己的思维方式。其着重点在以下几个方面:
