企业的多元化经营模式是企业扩大规模的重要手段之一,但企业在进行多元化经营的过程当中,往往会伴随着一定的财务风险。我国很多企业在多元化经营的过程中都以失败告终,在财务风险方面缺乏很好的认识和防范。本文介绍了财务风险的种类及其主要表现形式;针对其特点,用科学的方法对其进行评估;进而提出了企业多元化经营财务风险控制的有效措施。
The diversified business model is one of the important means to expand the scale of the enterprise. However, in the diversified business process, the enterprise often has certain financial risks associated with it. Many enterprises in our country have failed in the process of diversification, and lack of good understanding and precaution on financial risks. This paper introduces the types of financial risk and its main manifestations; according to its characteristics, it uses scientific methods to evaluate it; and then put forward effective measures to control the financial risk of diversified operations.
