一引言生产中小尺寸锤锻件,遥常要使用一副加工有预锻和终锻模槽的模具。使用多膛模具能够用一台锻锤生产形状复杂的锻件。但加工模槽时,由于在设备的中心处只可能设置一个模槽,其它大多要产生使模具发生倾斜的偏心载荷,从而造成错模锻件及锤身导轨的损坏。因此,模块加工平面上的各模槽的布局必须满足下列条件: (1)模块应当在保证满足强度要求的同时,取最小尺寸值。 (2)由偏心载荷造成的模块歪斜量应当最小。
An introduction to the production of small and medium-sized hammer forgings, often have to use a processing of the mold forging and final forging die. The use of multiple bore molds enables the production of complex shaped forgings with one forging hammer. However, when processing the groove, as the center of the device may only be provided with a groove, the other most of them have to produce the eccentric tilt load the mold, resulting in wrong forging and hammer rail damage. Therefore, the layout of the slots on the module’s processing plane must meet the following conditions: (1) The module shall take the minimum size value while ensuring the strength requirements are met. (2) The amount of module skew due to eccentric load should be minimal.
