一、“新自由主义”的资本主义发展道路给实施国带来了什么?(一)以美国为首的发达资本主义国家在发展中遇到的难题。1.失业率居高不下据美联储预测,2011年美国失业率将保持在8.8%-9%而我国人保部公布今年确定的就业目标是将城镇登记失业率控制在4.6%以内;美国劳工部10月7日公布的数据显示,今年9月份美国非农业部门失业率为9.1%,为连续第三个月保持在这一高位。同期据我国人保部公布的数据,截至9月底的城镇登记失业率为4.3%,与6月底持平,而且年底前可能一直维持这一水平。
