研究了景观雕塑用18Cr-2Mo铁素体不锈钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,元素钒的加入对18Cr-2Mo钢的拉伸性能以及晶粒尺寸几乎无影响,但使其低温冲击韧性显著提高。18Cr-2Mo钢的韧脆转变温度从-10℃下降到-30℃。同时,钒的加入增强了18Cr-2Mo钢的耐点蚀性能。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 18Cr-2Mo ferritic stainless steel for landscape sculpture were studied. The results show that the addition of elemental vanadium has little effect on the tensile properties and the grain size of 18Cr-2Mo steel, but the impact toughness at low temperature is significantly improved. The ductile-brittle transition temperature of 18Cr-2Mo steel drops from -10 ℃ to -30 ℃. At the same time, the addition of vanadium enhanced pitting corrosion resistance of 18Cr-2Mo steel.
