为解决某公司生产的阀体铸钢件中存在的缩松缺陷,以HZCAE铸造软件的仿真结果为基础,结合解决缩松的方法对阀体中的缩松缺陷进行工艺优化。经过多次仿真试验确定最终的优化工艺方案为:浇注温度为1 600℃下,在法兰盘上添加浇冒口。优化后的浇注系统的模拟仿真结果表明,法兰上的缩松已基本被消除。将优化工艺进行实际生产,利用超声波技术对实际铸件进行检测,超声波检测结果中缩松的位置与CAE仿真结果相同。所以,HZCAE软件能够解决铸件产品中出现的缩松缺陷问题,有效的提高铸件质量。
In order to solve the shrinkage defects existing in the castings of a certain company, based on the simulation results of HZCAE casting software, the process of shrinkage defects in the valve body is optimized through the solution of the shrinkage method. After several simulation tests to determine the final optimization of the process scheme: pouring temperature of 1 600 ℃, adding a riser in the flange. The simulation results of the optimized gating system show that the shrinkage on the flange has been substantially eliminated.
