家长和老师是德育工作的基本力量,因此,我们着力创设德育氛围,指导施教方法,努力使家长、老师成为学生健康成长的指导者、引路人。在德育实施过程中,要把做人教育置于德育的突出位置,着力培养学生奋发向上的精神风貌和“自尊、自信、自主、自立”的人文素养。要关注学生的心理健康,增强学生的自信心和抗挫能力。要广泛开展丰富多彩的活动,在活动中促进学生的道德内化。
Parents and teachers are the basic forces of moral education. Therefore, we strive to create an atmosphere of moral education, guide the teaching methods, and make parents and teachers become mentors and guides for students’ healthy growth. In the implementation of moral education, we should place our education in the outstanding position of moral education, and strive to cultivate students’ spiritual outlook and humanistic qualities of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-reliance. We must pay attention to students’ mental health and enhance students’ self-confidence and anti-frustration ability. We must carry out a wide range of activities to promote the moralization of students within the activities.
