云门山泡茶(简称云茶)是3种中草药按3:1:0.5比例混合配成。其药理作用如下: 1.Wistar大鼠给3g/kg云茶IP有中等度降压作用。但对心率和呼吸无影响。 2.云茶对正常鼠甘油三酯有非常显著的降脂作用,但对高脂血症鼠的甘油三酯及胆固醇无明显影响。 3.云茶有提高小鼠缺氧耐力的作用。 4.连续喂服30天,剂量为2.5～5g/kg的云茶对血常规、肝肾功能和主要脏器均无损害。 5.小鼠灌服特大剂量(相当100g生药/kg)亦无死亡。腹腔注射云茶水煎剂LD_(50)为12g/kg(95％可信限为10.41～13.84g/kg)。 实验表明,云茶对高血压和冠心病者是一种安全有效的保健饮料。
Yunmen Mountain Tea (referred to as cloud tea) is a mixture of 3 Chinese herbal medicines in a ratio of 3:1:0.5. Its pharmacological effects are as follows: 1. Wistar rats have moderate antihypertensive effect on 3g/kg cloud tea IP. But no effect on heart rate and breathing. 2. Yuncha had a significant lipid-lowering effect on normal mice triglycerides, but had no significant effect on triglycerides and cholesterol in hyperlipidemic rats. 3. Cloud tea has the effect of improving mice’s anoxia tolerance. 4. Continuous feeding 30 days, a dose of 2.5 ~ 5g/kg of cloud tea on the blood, liver and kidney function and the main organs are not damaged. 5. There was no death in mice given large doses (equivalent to 100 g crude drug/kg). Intraperitoneal injection of cloud tea decoction LD_ (50) was 12g/kg (95% confidence limit was 10.41 ~ 13.84g/kg). Experiments show that Yuncha is a safe and effective health beverage for hypertension and coronary heart disease.
