同工酶主要是指来源相同,催化性质相同而结构不同的酶蛋白分子。随着分子生物学的发展,在生物科学研究中同工酶已成为有效工具,被广泛应用于遗传学和系统发育学各个领域,各种酶的同工酶还用于作物的地理分布及亲缘关系的研究。Gupta等人(1977年)曾利用过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析鉴定形态上不易区别的种的差别;也有应用过氧化物酶同工酶作为植物细胞分化和器官发育的“标志”。几年来我们对茶树不同品种及同一品种在不同栽培措施条件下,茶过氧化物酶同工酶的变化情况进行了比较测定。实验表明茶过氧化物酶同工酶谱型是有规律的变化。在茶叶多酚类的氧化代
