改革开放,百业振兴。秘书人员怎样才能适应这新的挑战,尽快成才呢?笔者认为:针对不同的情况和环境,对自身素质进行不断调整、充实和提高,创造出一些新的工作方法,是秘书人员成长的新途径。一、增强竞争意识。竞争是商品经济的必然现象,也是秘书人员发展的外部压力和内部动力。竞争可以鼓励上进,鞭策落后,是促进人才成长的催化剂。在商品经济观念贯穿于每个角落的当今,秘书人员必须增强竞争意识,靠自己的真才实学赢得信任。二、注意职业道德。
