在广大内蒙古农牧区巡回医疗,施行手术,需要一种不拆线的皮内缝合法,以减少拆线的痛苦和不便。1974年上半年我们在察哈尔右翼中旗巡回期间及回来后不断改良的皮内缝合方法,共施用约1000例,兹将三种改良式皮内缝合法介绍于下: 1.间断皮内缝合法:操作方法与Wahl氏(国外医学参考,外科分册,2:82,1974)法相似,仅缝线不必从皮肤外刺孔,线结打在脂肪层而非皮内,剪线头时必须稍加分开切口,剪断线头。(图1)
In the vast area of Inner Mongolia, pastoral areas of medical treatment, the implementation of surgery, need a stitches without stitching suture to reduce the pain and inconvenience of stitches. In the first half of 1974 we used a total of about 1000 cases of intracutaneous suture methods that were continuously improved during and after the Chahar Right-Wing Central Banner Circuit. Three types of improved intradermal suture methods are introduced below: 1. Intermittent intradermal Suture method: The method of operation and Wahl’s (Foreign Medical Reference, Surgical Volume, 2: 82,1974) method is similar, only the suture does not have to puncture the skin from outside, the knot hit the fat layer rather than the skin, Slightly separate the incision, cut the thread.
