党的十二届三中全会指出:应该“把是否有利于发展社会生产力作为检验一切改革得失成败的最主要的准标”。我馆的改革就是朝着这个最主要准标去努力的。(一)变单一被动服务为多项主动服务图书馆传统单一守摊服务方式,就是管理人员坐等读者上门来借阅书刊,读者多,管理人员工作忙;读者少,管理人员工作闲。这种被动的服务方式大家都习惯了,但处于改革的今天已经远远不能适应当前形势的需要。不改革就停滞不前,也就没有生命力。因此,1985年我馆开展了
