利用传输矩阵方法,研究了单折射率层缓变准周期结构一维光子晶体存在不同缺陷时的缺陷模。研究表明,无论缺陷层是替代高折射率层,还是替代低折射率层,都会引入缺陷模,且缺陷模与缺陷层的位置和结构参数相关。缺陷层位置不同,缺陷模的位置及共振透射峰也不同。随着缺陷层光学厚度的增大,缺陷模波长向长波方向移动。但缺陷模品质因子却随缺陷层替代不同的折射率层而存在差异,这一差异是同所计算的一维光子晶体自身的结构相关的。
The transfer matrix method is used to study the defect modes of single-refractive-index one-dimensional photonic crystals with quasi-periodic photonic crystals. The research shows that whether the defect layer replaces the high refractive index layer or the low refractive index layer, the defect mode is introduced, and the defect mode is related to the position and structural parameters of the defect layer. Defective layer position, the location of the defect mode and resonant transmission peak are also different. As the optical thickness of the defect layer increases, the defect mode wavelength moves in the longwave direction. However, the defect mode quality factor is different from the defect layer to replace the different refractive index layer, the difference is with the calculated one-dimensional photonic crystal structure of their own.
