淋巴管瘤发生于卵巢者极为罕见.自1937年Siddall等首次报告以来,文献中仅查见5例.现报告一例如下.患者22岁,剖腹产时意外发现右侧卵巢肿大,遂切除送检.大体:卵巢4×3.5×2.6cm,外表光滑,切面呈蜂窝状,腔内含淡黄色稀薄液体,并见一黄体,直径0.8cm(图1).镜下见瘤组织大部分为扩张的淋巴管和淋巴窦,内衬单层扁平细胞,含一定数量的淋巴细胞,红细胞缺如(图2).此外
