故障树分析(FTA)法是近十余年来迅速发展起来的对复杂系统进行可靠性分析的一种有效方法,电子计算机是应用FTA法必不可少的工具。本文介绍了一个作者设计的故障树定量分析的通用程序—BJQG程序。本文还应用FTA法对3150型造纸机系统的可靠性进行了分析。通过建立故障树,对该故障树进行定性和定量计算,获得了有关该系统可靠性特征的有用信息。并据此对该系统的改进提出建议。本文应用BJQG程序对该故障树进行定量计算,取得符合实际的结果。
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is an effective method for reliability analysis of complex systems developed rapidly in recent ten years. Electronic computer is an indispensable tool to apply FTA method. This article presents a general procedure for fault tree quantitative analysis by the author, the BJQG program. This paper also uses the FTA method to analyze the reliability of the 3150 paper machine system. By constructing a fault tree, the fault tree is qualitatively and quantitatively calculated, and useful information about the reliability characteristics of the system is obtained. And make suggestions on the improvement of the system accordingly. In this paper, the BJQG program is used to quantitatively calculate the fault tree and obtain the actual results.
